To cancel your flight ticket, log into your account or contact our customer service team. The refund amount will depend on your ticket type and the timing of cancellation.

For non-refundable tickets, cancelling within a specific timeframe before departure may qualify you for a partial refund. Refundable tickets may qualify for a full refund, though cancellation fees may apply.

Please note that some tickets may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, and airline fees charged are non-refundable. Any ticket changes may result in additional fees.

Refund Policy:

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the airline’s policy. Our support team will assist you through the process.

Some airlines may offer vouchers or rebooking options instead of refunds. Our team will guide you with available alternatives.

Delays or cancellations due to uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters or weather may not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Service fees from the original booking are non-refundable. Refunds may take 60–90 days to process, and suppliers may charge penalties. All refund fees apply per ticket and per person, as authorized by suppliers.

If a supplier does not process the refund, TelesolutionAU will refund only its refund processing fee, not the original service fee.
